A One-Of-A-Kind Initiative By APSSDC And The Government Of Andhra Pradesh To Build A World-Class Ecosystem In The Fields Of Industrial Manufacturing And Robotics, Collaborating With German Partners APS European Center For Mechatronics To Train Students At The Bachelors Engineering Level, Preparing Them To Be Industry Ready By The Time They Graduate.

SIGNING MOU WITH APSSDC

In collaboration with the European Center for Mechatronics at Germany, the Andhra Pradesh State Development Corporation has established Advanced Robotic Control Centers in 31 engineering institutions across the state.

The event was conducted at the Hotel Gateway Hotel in Vijayawada, with the major goal of the initiative being to teach students in Industry 4.0 and robotics by establishing a robotics and Mechatronics academic cluster.

Signing MOU with APSSDC
Program Overview & Objectives

  • A network of 40 nodal research centres will be established. In engineering colleges throughout APSSDC and ECM, the "Indo-European Skilling Center for Mechatronics and Industrial Robotics" is jointly supporting 90% of the course price, providing students with one-of-a-kind high-end robotics skills training at a very low cost.
  • German professionals provide training to students and instructors, as well as hand-holding assistance in improving students' skill sets to worldwide standards.
  • Students receive hands-on training on cutting-edge industrial robots in a simulation environment similar to that of the manufacturing sector, allowing them to better comprehend and solve real-world problems.
  • Students will get three phases of instruction via ARC 1.0, ARC 2.0, and ARC 3.0 in order to attain skill sets that meet worldwide standards.
  • For a long-term qualification and job market, learn with industry-driven production requirements and on-the-job training. Prospective
  • Learning with Industry-driven Production Requirements and Training on the Job for sustainable Qualification and Job Market Prospective
  • Students will develop a high-end technical knowledge pool for fast absorption into research and industry.
academic delegation to germany

A group of senior managers and representatives from 31 engineering institutions toured the facilities of the APS European Centre for Mechatronics and its partners in Germany. Colleges have signed memorandums of understanding with ECM to be included in the "Indo-European Skilling Centres for Mechatronics and Industrial Robotics" and to collaborate on the creation of "Applied Robot Control (ARC) Labs" on their campuses.
